Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED (required) • Prior experience answering phones in a professional setting (required) • Exceptional customer service and communication skills (required) • Experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare office (preferred) • Knowledge of HMO/PPO insurance plans (preferred) • Comfortable handling posting of payments and assisting with treatment plan coordination
Education • High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge & Skills • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication • Phone management and voicemail handling • Appointment scheduling and confirmation best practices • Accurate patient registration and record keeping • Basic knowledge of insurance plan types and patient account processes • Organizational skills and ability to support front office operations
