Patient Relations Advocate Hours per additional customer service or healthcare coursework is a plus. Proven experience with registration and insurance verification processes. Strong track record of maintaining patient confidentiality and professional judgment. Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a busy hospital setting. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license — this is a community without public transit. At least one supervisory signed reference from within the past two years (required).
Education • High school diploma (required)
