Shift Type: Day shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 4x10-hour shifts (days vary), includes 1 weekend per month plus 7 weekdays on-call for Cath — primarily day coverage

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support the Cath and EP teams by preparing patients and equipment for procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot Cath/EP lab equipment with attention to safety and detail
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures including PCI and device implants
• Document procedures and patient data accurately using MacLab
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
• Participate in call rotation and respond to Cath-specific weekday and weekend needs
• Collaborate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care

Qualifications
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required
• ARRT or RCIS certification with RTR License required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath/EP lab settings
• Proven proficiency in Cath/EP procedures including cardiac catheterization, PCI, EP studies and ablation
• Comfortable assisting with device implants and Watchman/LAAO procedures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills
• Hands-on experience in Cath Lab and EP Lab workflows
• Skilled in cardiac catheterization, PCI and EP studies
• Experience with ablation, device implants and Watchman/LAAO
• Proficient with MacLab documentation system
• Ability to follow sterile technique and maintain procedural safety
• Familiarity with patient monitoring and emergency response in the lab
