Our Client is currently seeking RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for positions in Washington, District of Columbia for a 5x8 Days, 09:00:00-17:00:00, 8.00-5 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Certification in District of Columbia. This is a Dietician position in the Acute East (9200).

Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian and currently licensed in Washington, DC.
REQUIRED: • 1-2 years of clinical nutrition experience, preferably in an acute care setting • Bachelor s Degree Required • Registered Dietitian/Licensed Dietitian registered in state of Texas; or RD eligible. • BLS from the American Heart Association upon hire, or within 90 days of hire date. • Good written and oral communication skills required. • Typing and basic computer skills desired. • Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred. • Must successfully complete the pre-employment assessment.
The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing the nutritional status of the inpatient/outpatient population of NWTHS; developing a nutritional plan of care and implementing Medical Nutrition Therapy alongside an interdisciplinary team. The Registered Dietitian will assist training and performance improvement as needed, and provide education to the community periodically.
