Licensed Practical Nurse
Roles & Responsibilities • Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a rehabilitation setting • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to orders • Perform skilled assessments and document clinical findings clearly in the chart • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans • Monitor and promote patient safety and mobility during the rehab process • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members during shift handoffs and care updates
Qualifications • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential • Local candidates only (this is a local contract assignment) • Availability to work the posted schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM • Ability to commit to the assignment period
Education • Vocational Nursing diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills • Solid clinical assessment skills and comfort with rehab nursing care • Medication administration and basic documentation proficiency • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team • Strong communication and time-management abilities • Commitment to patient safety and quality care practices
