• Work Setting Skills REQUIRED: Outpatient Clinic
• Genitourinary/Renal Skills REQUIRED: Foley catheter insertion female, Foley catheter insertion male, Obtain/Instruct clean catch urine & TURP patients
• IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills REQUIRED: Phlebotomy
• Medication Administration Skills REQUIRED: IM & SQ, Oral & Subcutaneous
• Respiratory Skills REQUIRED: Face masks, Nasal Cannula & Oxygen administration
• Professional Topics and Skills REQUIRED: Communication of patient status changes to RN/MD, De-Escalation Protocols, Follow up phone calls, Interpretation of laboratory results, Labeling of specimens, Medication reconciliation, Pain Assessment Management, Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests, Telephone Triage & Vital Sign monitoring
• Certs: BLS

JOB DETAILS:
• 100 Visits/Day; 26 Rooms
• SHIFT: 40 Hours Can Be Offered
• Will Accept 13 Weeks.
• 8-HOUR DAYS; 08::00; Monday - Friday
• Call Requirement: NONE
• Float Requirement: YES REQUIRED with NO EXCEPTIONS!! Given a 1-week notice unless there is a call-out or unexpected PTO.
• Weekend Requirement: NONE

PATIENT AGE GROUP: Adults & Geriatrics
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Outpatient Clinic, Urology -- 18 years and up generally

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS:
• Nurse visits, cystoscopies w/ Botox injection, catheter insertion and removals, medication administration (injections), sterile

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
• bladder scanner, cystoscopy tower

UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC REQUIRED, SBAR
SCHEDULING TYPE: Per Clinic Needs
CLINIC ORIENTATION: 40 Hours of Clinic Orientation after Hospital Training
