Nuclear Medicine Technologist - PET/CT schedule is a 4x10 pattern with specific days determined by facility—technologist will float between the outpatient center and the hospital as needed. Hours per first-time travelers accepted.
Education • Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification (ARRT(N) or NMTCB) and relevant state licensure • BLS certification
Knowledge & Skills • Proficient with PET/CT imaging workflows and Siemens PET/CT systems • Familiarity with GE systems and nuclear cameras (E-CAM, Orbiter) • Strong PACS skills for image retrieval and archiving • Comfortable with radiopharmaceutical procedures, radiation safety and dose considerations • Experienced in SPECT, myocardial perfusion, thyroid, renal and bone imaging protocols • Skilled in venipuncture, IV insertion and patient preparation • Competent using Meditech and Epic charting systems • Ability to follow departmental protocols, prioritize studies and communicate clearly with clinical teams
