Knowledge & Skills • Knowledge of basic resident care and safety procedures • Skill in assisting with ADLs: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting • Ability to observe, document, and report changes in resident condition • Good interpersonal skills and respectful bedside manner • Familiarity with infection control and safe handling/transfers
