Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and toileting
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Document care accurately and timely in resident charts
• Maintain a safe, clean and respectful environment for residents
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to deliver excellent care

Qualifications
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
• Reliable transportation to Gettysburg Center
• Availability for per diem evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Education
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an accredited CNA program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills
• Strong basic patient care skills and comfort with ADLs
• Good charting and documentation habits
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
• Ability to follow care plans and clinical directions
• Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
