Occupational Therapist holiday rotation. NBCOT (National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy) required. Current Wisconsin occupational therapy license required; continuing education to maintain licensure. BLS certification required. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed. Minimum of 1+ years of related work experience. Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Education • Master of Occupational Therapy (required) • Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills • Skilled in patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning • Strong documentation practices including evaluations, progress, insurance, and discharge notes • Experience across acute care, outpatient, and nursing home environments • Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams • Proficiency in discharge planning and caregiver training • Familiarity with insurance documentation and clinical workflows • Good clinical judgment, accuracy, and attention to detail
