Shift: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00. Job Specific Notes: Description for Job Board: Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
Responsibilities: • Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals • Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans • Document services accurately and timely • Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD) • Active state OT license (or ability to obtain) • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
