Our Client is currently seeking Physical Therapist for positions in Escanaba, Michigan for a 5x8 Days, 09:00:00-17:00:00, 8.00-5 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Certification in Michigan. This is a Physical Therapist position in the PT type:PT (Physical Therapy).

• OSF ITEMS OF NOTE:
• OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift
• Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation
• REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION:
• Active MI license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels
