Shift: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
Job Specific Notes: Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
Responsibilities: • Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate • Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care • Document services accurately and timely • Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families • Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications: • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT) • Active state PT license (or ability to obtain) • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills • Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
