Roles & Responsibilities • Deliver safe, high-quality radiation treatments using Varian TrueBeam linacs • Operate ARIA v15 for treatment planning, charting and accurate patient record keeping • Perform CBCT/kV/mV imaging and verify patient positioning for precise treatment delivery • Apply dosimetry principles and verify treatment parameters to ensure patient safety • Respond effectively to emergencies and be familiar with crash cart/defibrillator procedures • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across outpatient and inpatient settings • Provide compassionate care to a wide range of patients including pediatric and geriatric populations • Contribute to chart checks, quality assurance tasks, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications • Current OH state license (required) • ARRT - Radiation Therapy certification (required) • BLS and ACLS certifications (required) • Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience (at least 5 years preferred) • Demonstrated competence on Varian TrueBeam and ARIA v15 • Comfortable with CBCT/kV/mV imaging, dosimetry, and emergency response procedures • Experience with Epic/charting systems preferred • Teaching hospital experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills • Varian TrueBeam operation • ARIA v15 treatment management and charting • CBCT, kV and mV imaging for patient positioning • Dosimetry fundamentals and verification • Vision RT and DIBH techniques (nice-to-have) • Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) and electron field treatments • Familiarity with crash cart, defibrillator and emergency protocols • Experience treating head & neck, CNS, pediatric cases and a variety of oncologic diagnoses • Chart checks and electronic charting (Epic preferred)
