Min 1 year exp, will take first time traveler. • Must have some neuro experience. • Must have scrub experience. • Must be within a 45 minute radius for call back. • BLS, ARRT required • Pending MD Lic ok to sub, but lic MUST post prior to start. • The weekday call is back up as they have a primary team M-F. The back up call during the week is 5pm to 7am weekdays M-F. Weekends can be primary or back up. Weekends 7am to 7am Saturday and Sunday. Holidays are 7am -7am if needed.
Neuro experience is required and Vascular Interventional is required. Performs Interventional Radiographic procedures at a safe and experienced level without requiring direct supervision.

Essential Functions: • Performs angiographic/interventional procedures using prescribed techniques. • Provides excellent customer service • Provides assistance to the department with respect to daily procedures • Performs all job tasks with a focus on safety for the patient, co-workers and self.
Special Equipment : REQUIRED: Nephogram, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, hemodynamic monitoring, stroke, NIR experience, MD state license. PREFERRED: Phillips, Toshiba, GE.

Separation Policy: LBH- Sinai Hospital - does not allow travelers to work on assignment for more than 365 days, regardless of time off between contracts. A separation period of at least six months is required to return to this facility as a traveler.
Modules: Modules are non-billable; 8 hours for new starts, and up to 175min annually and factored in NBO. Modules are completed virtually on first day of contract, and vary by specialty. Annual modules are required for: Non-TELE RN units - 75min., TELE RN & ICU RN - 115 min., and ED RN 175min. Modules are recorded via transcripts.
