Join our dynamic team as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) specializing in Operating Room (OR) procedures. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are proficient in C-arm and O-arm coverage, with a strong background in X-ray procedures for surgical settings. This position offers a stimulating work environment in various healthcare settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and Level I Trauma centers, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development.
Work Schedule: This will be for 4x10's for 1st shift. There will also be call associated with these positions.
Responsibilities: • Provide C-arm and O-arm coverage in the Operating Room environment. • Perform X-ray procedures for surgical interventions. • Collaborate closely with surgical and medical teams to ensure optimal patient care. • Maintain equipment functionality and adhere to safety protocols. • Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay updated with advancements in the field.
Qualifications: • Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT registration. • Current BLS certification. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital. • Proficiency in operating C-arm and O-arm systems. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE MADE AWARE OF THE URGENCY OF THE OHIO FINGERPRINTING PROCESS. Candidate must complete fingerprints as soon as they sign contract. TRAVELERS WHO ARE UNRESPONSIVE OR UNCOOPERATIVE WITH CREDENTIALING ARE AT RISK OF PUSH/CANCEL. All candidates who are currently outside the state of Ohio but within driving distance will be required to drive to a fingerprinting location in Ohio as soon as possible after booking. Travelers who are extreme distances from Ohio will be mailed a fingerprinting packet, which is to be completed urgently upon receipt. Detailed instructions will be sent to the candidate by the Credentialing team.

Reference Requirements: 2 professional references are required. At least 1 reference must be from a manager/director or someone in a formal leadership capacity (e.g., a supervisor). Charge RN acceptable for 2nd reference. No coworker references accepted.
Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location.
