Travel Compliance Compliance Expectations: Document due date is the Tuesday prior to start. RN License Policy: MI License must be active by start date. Recruitment should include pending license ETA in submission email, if applicable. Compact license not accepted in MI. Certification Policy: AHA preferred RTO Policy: Client has a 5 day maximum RTO policy, per contract. All RTO should be submitted at time of submission. EMR Policy: EPIC Experience preferred, training completed in orientation Return Traveler/staff Policy: If a core staff member leaves, they need to wait 1 year (12 months) prior to returning and should be ran through HR prior to submission Education Policy: All allied candidates must be able/willing to provide proof of HS level education (regardless of secondary education).
