Our Client is currently seeking Cath Lab Technologist for positions in Madison, Wisconsin for a 3x12 Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 12.00-3 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Certification in Wisconsin. This is a Radiologic Technologist position in the CARDIOVASCULAR LAB -Cardiovascular Tech.

Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00)
Description: Day/Evening, option to work 4x10-hour or 3x12 hr shifts ranging from 0630 - 1900, with on-call responsibilities on nights and weekends. Call frequency is currently around one night a week and every third weekend. Specific schedule will be discussed in the interview.
We are seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) / Cath Lab Tech to: • Practice in a growing technologically advanced and dynamic interventional procedural area. • Be an integral member of our highly collaborative multidisciplinary team. • Assist with scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring invasive cardiovascular procedures. • Receive opportunities to cross-train to our growing Pediatric and Adult Congenital Invasive Cardiology Program.
Minimum Requirements: • Facility Requirement: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location. • Floating - Travelers are the first to float. Depending on the current staffing needs, the traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units and/or at different locations within the organization. During the traveler s assignment, if the primary department no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another department in order to complete the contract. • Experience: Minimum two years of Cardiovascular Technologist work experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory required. • Licensure and Certification: BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY ACLS - must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY RCIS certification. If a graduate meeting minimum education requirement, then licensed, certified, or registered by appropriate credentialing program preferred. • Education: Graduate of a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Technologist (CVIS) training program required One year of Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab), Electrophysiology or Interventional Radiology experience or participation in the CVT apprenticeship program may be considered in lieu of education requirement Graduate of a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CVIS) Technologist training program Preferred • Telemetry Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
