MRI Technologist on-call weeknights and weekends per schedule. Weekend use issued radiation badges and follow departmental policies. Provide compassionate patient care, preparing patients for procedures and communicating clearly. Participate in on-call and weekend rotations to ensure continuous patient coverage.

Qualifications
• ARRT certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of MRI/medical imaging experience (per job posting)
• Experience with CT and X-ray required for night-shift applicants
• Experience with EPIC and McKesson PACS preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to comply with facility policies (e.g., no artificial nails for patient care areas)

Education
• No specific degree required (ARRT certification required; BLS required)

Knowledge & Skills
• Proficient with MRI imaging protocols, safety procedures and patient monitoring
• Comfortable performing MRI with sedation/general anesthesia and breast MRI
• Familiarity with conditional pacemaker imaging protocols
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Espree, Siemens Trio and GE Architect MRI platforms
• Skilled in charting and image management using EPIC and McKesson PACS
• Strong patient communication, positioning and compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to float/cover CT and X-ray when needed, especially for night shifts
