Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30); Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Description: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital Med/Surg Tele RN.D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Shifts may be variable, IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)
MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. MUST ALSO HAVE 18 months of RECENT MS/Tele experience - travel experience will suffice. One year of recent oncology/chemotherapy administration experience preferred but not required. Experienced oncology nurses are encouraged to apply; training will be provided to qualified candidates interested in administering chemotherapy MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel. Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. • ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. • For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered- failure to include will result in rejected profile. Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
