Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital Med/Surg Tele RN. AUTO OFFER - 3x12's ONLY. D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Shifts may be variable, IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)

• MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.

EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
