Nurse Aides- Yes, CNA's 1:8, generally 1:10, do get as sitters
Shifts6:45-7:15, all 12 hours
Weekend Requirement-Every Other
Holidays- As needed
Scrub Color- Caribbean Blue
Tele- Yes but monitored on different unit.
Floating- Yes, to all acute care and cardio to take care of medical, or EC for acute care patient holds
General Orientation- 1 week (includes EMR training)
Floor specific orientation- 2 days
