Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient. Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs. Unit Details: This unit will be a mixture of med/surg and intermediate care patients. The nurse-to-patient ratios will range from 1:4 to 1:6, depending on the patient assignment each shift.
