20 weeks |  Days  | 8-Hours shift |40 hours weekly with 36 hours guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Home health and case management experience required
• OASIS experience required
• Strongly prefer an experienced traveler

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold a compact license.
• BLS/BCLS, ACLS

EMR System: McKesson experience is preferred

Shift: DAYS: Monday-Friday with weekend rotation. Looking for a nurse with NO requested time off for this contract
