Registered Nurse - Psychiatric unit also schedules 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM as needed. Schedule includes every-other weekend and every-other holiday; self-scheduling based on seniority with occasional floating assignments.
CPI preferred.
Comfortable with inpatient psych populations including adolescents and adults.
Familiarity with EPIC charting system strongly preferred.
Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
Able to work union scheduling model and float when needed.

Education
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) accepted; BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills
• Expertise in psychiatric nursing and acute/inpatient care practices.
• Skilled in de-escalation, patient assessment, and seclusion/restraint procedures.
• Knowledge of common mental health diagnoses: depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychosis, substance use.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record workflows.
• Comfort working with CPAP/BiPAP and basic respiratory support (RT available).
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
