Registered Nurse - Med/Tele PCU schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday; occasional float requirements Hours per compact license may be beneficial) ready for placement

Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience — Med/Tele or PCU experience required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Proven ability to read and interpret telemetry/ECG strips independently
Experience titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips safely
EPIC charting experience preferred
Comfortable with rotating 12-hour shifts, every-other-weekend staffing, and occasional float assignments

Education
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma accepted; BSN welcomed but not required
Completion of unit-specific orientation (2 x 12-hour shifts) prior to solo assignment

Knowledge & Skills
• Solid telemetry and cardiac nursing skills with strong ECG interpretation ability
• Competence in IV drip titration and familiarity with commonly used cardiac drips
• Experience with PCU/stepdown level care and post-cardiac cath/pacemaker patient management
• Proficiency troubleshooting BiPAP, trach care and high-flow devices
• Comfort using EPIC for documentation and communication
• Strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to mentor others and step into charge responsibilities as needed
