Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills • Proficient in cardiac monitoring and interpreting telemetry strips • Skilled in IV medication administration, titration, and infusion pump management • Solid assessment skills for identifying subtle changes in patient condition • Comfortable with post-op, cardiac, and medically complex patient populations • Team-oriented with strong communication and handoff skills • Familiarity with electronic charting and accurate documentation practices
