Position Summary: The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team, plans and implements patient and family education and is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate intervention for patients.
Minimum Qualifications: • Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse) • American Heart Association BLS • Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider • STABLE certification • One year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or Intensive Care nursing experience

Stroke Competency: • Complies with hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines related to care for patients with hyperacute and acute stroke • Participates in two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease (stoke) education within one year of hire • Participates in one hour annually of cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education
