Our Client is currently seeking Labor and Delivery for positions in Carmel, Indiana for a 3x12 Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 12.00-3 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Indiana license. This is a RN position in the Labor and Delivery. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN Labor and Delivery.

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Unit Description:
• Department: Level III hospital, 8 Labor and Delivery Rooms (L&D), 3 triage rooms, 2 OR suites and 4 ATP rooms and we have approximately 200 deliveries per month.
• Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours per week; 7:00am-7:00pm; rotating holidays and every third weekend

• BLS and NRP required, ACLS preferred
