Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Patient Age Groups: Adults
Patient Diagnoses: Variety of medical patients including but not limited to respiratory issues, DKA, arrhythmias, post operative kidney transplant patients, and interventional neurological patients. Capable of caring for telemetry patients with medical and surgical needs as well as the renal population.
