Shift Notes: 12 hr Days, 36-hour guaranteed

Traveler Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 35-mile radius restriction)

• Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
• OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates

** A strict 3-strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.

• Under direct supervision and/or direction of the department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader.
• Performs duties assisting staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients by the established methods and procedures of the hospital.
• Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience.
• Recognizes and demonstrates understanding of patient and family-centered care.

Submission Requirements

• 2+ Years of Experience - Required
• BLS Must be AHA - Required
• If they already have their MI LTC Fingerprinting, that is a selling point.

Certification Requirements

• BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

• Michigan
