Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 8hr Eve, 40 hours a week 3-11 pm

Experience Requirements: 2+yrs of Psych exp req’d

Experience Preferred:

License/ Certification Requirements: IL Lic, CPR, CPI-required to submit, will have to fill out a CANTS form upon acceptance, Epic experience

Floating Requirements: Float to areas of competency, or like units

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend

On-Call Requirements: No Call

Holiday Requirements: As Needed

Will the client accept new graduates? No

Orientation: Mondays
