Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.

Qualifications:
• Active state licensure in (e.g., RN, LPN, PT, OT).
• Minimum years of experience in .
• BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS, or others as required by specialty).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and work independently.

Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
*ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted!
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
