Registered Nurse - Post Procedure includes holiday and weekend rotation

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality post-procedure care to CHS and Med/Tele patients, ensuring safety and comfort
• Perform thorough assessments and monitor telemetry and vital signs, acting promptly on changes
• Administer medications and treatments per orders, documenting accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families about post-procedure recovery, discharge instructions and follow-up
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations as required to support continuous patient care

Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio (required)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience (required)
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA) ONLY (required)
• Current ACLS for the healthcare provider from the American Heart Association (AHA) ONLY (required)
• Experience with post-procedure (CHS) and Medical/Telemetry patient populations
• Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shifts and participate in holiday/weekend rotations

Education
• BSN preferred
• Certification in Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association preferred

Knowledge & Skills
• Strong patient care and post-procedure nursing skills
• Medical/Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• ACLS and BLS clinical skills and emergency response
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to rotating schedules
• Excellent communication, documentation and teamwork abilities
• Comfort managing complex post-procedure needs and collaborating across teams
