Qualifications:

Estimated Patient Ratios: 1:1-2
Certifications Required: BLS ACLS NIHSS AHA Certifications only
Skills Required: Proficient in IV start, Experience with telemetry, Competency with ventilators
Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel nursing experience, Proficiency in EPIC documentation system
Float Required: will be required to float to different units within the OSU organization as needed
Weekend Coverage: every other weekend

Patient Diagnoses: Cardiac Medical ICU, ACS, Acute MI, Cardiogenic Shock, Post interventional cardiac procedure patients, Decompensating heart failure, TAVR, Hypothermia protocol, Secondary diagnosis included to but not limited to GI bleed, chronic or acute renal failure, exacerbation of airway disease, diabetes mellitus, pneumonia, and r/o embolus.
