Float Requirements: Labor and delivery and Post Partum

Unit Information:
• Number of Beds: 11 Labor Beds, 16 Post Partum Beds, 2 OR and 2 Recovery Bays
• Patient Ratios: 1:1-1:3 in labor, 1:6-1:8 in post partum
• Equipment: Fetal monitoring, Infant Warmers, FSE, IUPC
• EMR: EPIC

Must Have Skills/Experience:
• Labor and delivery management of labor, FSE, IUPC, epidural care

Preferred Skillset/Experience:
• Prefer 3+ years experience

Type of Patients on Unit:
• Laboring mothers, antepartum patients, post partum patients, gyne surgery patients

Personality Fit:
• team oriented, hardworking, able to manage emergency situations, willing to step in and help others on the unit
