Registered Nurse - ICU rotating nights with weekends and holidays as needed (NOC). Nights are primary; schedule is set by director and includes floating to Med/Surg or ER for 1:1 as needed.
Hours per NIHSS and PALS required; TNCC / TCAR or demonstrated trauma experience Minimum ~1 year of ICU or critical care experience preferred Comfort and competence with ventilator management, titrating drips, and arterial/CVP monitoring Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and float to MS/ER as needed Strong clinical judgment, coachability, and teamwork mindset
Education • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred but not required • Completion of unit-specific orientation (3 × 12-hour shifts) and hospital onboarding
Knowledge & Skills • Critical care and ICU nursing fundamentals • Ventilator management from nasal cannula up to full ventilator support • Telemetry interpretation and cardiac rhythm recognition • Safe titration of vasoactive and other drips • Experience with MEDITECH charting and acute care documentation • Trauma patient care principles and familiarity with TNCC/TCAR practices • Patient assessment, prioritization, and effective interdisciplinary communication
