Comfortable with telemetry/cardiac monitoring, emergency response and behavioral health patient needs
Willingness to work nights and every-other-weekend schedule

Knowledge & Skills
• Telemetry and remote monitoring
• Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing
• Behavioral health and therapeutic communication
• Epic charting system proficiency
• Cardiac monitoring and EKG/dysrhythmia interpretation
• IV therapy, central/PICC line care and arterial line management
• Tracheostomy and feeding tube care management
• Wound care / Wound VAC experience
• Heparin protocols, PCA and blood product administration
• Familiarity with restraints, virtual safety cameras and de-escalation techniques
