Registered Nurse - ICU/Step-Down (nights only) Hours per ability to float between units. TNCC and trauma experience preferred; vascular and cardiothoracic exposure a plus.

Knowledge & Skills
• Critical care nursing principles and step-down/PMCU workflows
• Neuro patient management and EBD drain care
• Strong Epic documentation and electronic charting skills
• Trauma, vascular, and cardiothoracic case familiarity
• Ability to triage, prioritize, and manage high-acuity patients overnight
• Team communication, bedside reporting, and collaborative care planning
