Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and work independently.
• Must have current CA RN license.
• Must have EPIC experience.
• Will be floating between Cardiac Care (4:1) and Med-Surg (5:1) units. Cardiac Care experience is required for this position.

Additional Information:
• Night shift (1900 - 0730), with every other weekend requirement.
• There will be up to 36 hours of call off available to the facility at no cost during the course of the assignment.
