Our Client is currently seeking Med Surg for positions in Hilo, Hawaii for a 3x12 Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, 12.00-3 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Hawaii license. This is a RN position in the Med-surg Adult, Step Down. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN Med Surg. Required skills and minimum years of experience. 2-10 years experience Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS, ACLS (Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC) Floating to other units/departments. Medical Unit; Laulima Unit; Cardiovascular Unit (on rare occasions) Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. Medical - 77; Laulima (surgical Acute) - 18; Cardiovascular Unit - 15 Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights Laulima 1:6 Cardiovascular 1:4 Ratio may vary due to unexpected leaves Dress Code. Orientation time provided for each unit Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday.
