Required skills and minimum years of experience.
More than 2 years experience, proficient IV skills, familiar with Stroke, STEMI and Trauma activations, Understands core measures and National Patient Safety Goals, familiar with AIDET and Press Ganey patient customer services
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc.)
ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, NIHSS, (Mandatory). NCI and Procedural Sedation (requested, not mandatory)
Shift or schedule requirements. Variable - 8- or 12-hour shifts, scheduled 80 hours in 2-week period, manager to determine shift upon arrival, one on call shift per roster, at least one weekend off per roster.
Floating to other units/departments. Determined by nursing administration, and will only float to units the employee has clinical abilities to work in.
Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday. Please do not accept the start date offered if they cannot be there on time.
