Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive + incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.

Special Procedures/Unit Details : No cath lab, no IR, no neurosurgery. We do offer general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN (350 births a year), ENT, podiatry, wound care services, and endoscopy. 25 bed critical access hospital. Must be prepared to respond to a variety of clinical needs and situations. There is always an administrator on call to assist. Nurse Managers are available during dayshifts for additional support. There is an ED physician in house at all times. There is on call pharmacy support overnight. Must be comfortable mixing some antibiotics and basic pressors that are not available via premix.
