Must be prepared to respond to a variety of clinical needs and situations. There is always an administrator on call to assist. Nurse Managers are available during dayshifts for additional support. There is an ED physician in house at all times. There is on call pharmacy support overnight. Must be comfortable mixing some antibiotics and basic pressors that are not available via premix.
