The RN contributes to overall resident care which is guided by the resident care plan, facility policies and procedures, and professional standards of practice and directly supervises the Nursing Assistants.

Responsibilities:
• Make nursing assessments regarding the health status of the residents; make nursing diagnosis which serves as the basis or the strategy of care.
