RN Cath Lab – RN Cath Lab
Completion of specialty competency screenings (rhythm interpretation, basic pharmacology, cath lab skills)
Ability to pass required health screenings (drug screen, TB test, immunizations, fit test, etc.)
Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm in high-acuity situations

Education
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills
Rhythm interpretation and basic pharmacology knowledge
Familiarity with cath lab equipment, sterile technique, and radiation safety practices
Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and interpreting invasive pressures
Skilled in IV/medication administration and emergency response protocols
Accurate clinical documentation and use of electronic medical records
Patient-centered communication and education skills
