Knowledge & Skills • Proficient with EPIC charting and documentation workflows • Strong telemetry monitoring and ECG interpretation skills • Experienced in drip titration and cardiac medication management • Skilled in ventilator troubleshooting and basic respiratory support • Comfortable with trauma, post-procedure cardiac care, stroke, sepsis, and renal failure management • Effective communicator with interdisciplinary teams and patients families
