Knowledge & Skills • Strong critical care knowledge including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring • Telemetry and monitor strip interpretation • Titration of vasoactive drips and sedation protocols • Post-operative cardiac care principles and complications recognition • Sepsis and DKA management fundamentals • Effective communication and teamwork with physicians, RTs, and support staff • Prioritization, rapid assessment, and emergency response skills
