Our Client is currently seeking IMC - Intermediate Care Unit for positions in Madison, Wisconsin for a 3x12 Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, 12.00-3 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Wisconsin license. This is a RN position in the NURSING - ACUTE MED / PROG CARE D6/5 - RN. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN IMC - Intermediate Care Unit.

Traveler will work in both D6/5, IMC Acute Med/Progressive Care unit and B4/3, IMC Thoracic unit. Evening/Night, 12 hour shift, 7:00pm-7:30am. Monday through Friday with every other weekend and some holidays required. MS/Tele experience required Telemetry oncology, cardiac and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience preferred. Need vent and transplant experience.

Special Procedures/Unit Details : We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN): Work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to acutely ill surgical and trauma patients in an academic medical and Level 1 Trauma Center. Join a team of remarkable nurses and have the opportunity to care for both general care and IMC level patients in a 26-bed step down unit, where critical thinking and team work is a must. Work in a collaborative environment, where nurses are an integral part of the multidisciplinary team with a strong voice in advocating for quality patient care. MS/Tele experience required Telemetry oncology, cardiac and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience preferred.
Special Equipment : *** Must have experience in an Academic Level I or II trauma center or similar size hospital *** Must have completed 2 years of ACUTE CARE exp within the last 3 yearsNeed vent and transplant experience. Unit will not consider anyone who is not strongly proficient in these areas.
