Our Client is currently seeking Hospice for positions in Mandan, North Dakota for a 5x8 Days, 09:00:00-17:00:00, 8.00-5 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current North Dakota license. This is a RN position in the RN - Hospice type:Hospice. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN Hospice.
Requirements • Current Resume • Nursing License per state • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications • 2 current clinical references • Health/Dental Benefit package • License reimbursement
Unit Notes: • Home Health/Hospice office is located in the basement of the North Mandan Clinic • Patient Population: 18+ with mostly geriatric patients • Setting: patients are seen either in the home setting, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, or the hospital setting • 2-3 Office meetings required per month
Important Info to Review: • 80-mile LOCAL Placements • No Charge Differential at Good Samaritan Facilities • No on call or call back available • If GSS housing is used, local rates apply • Guarantee (Clinical): 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight to ten hour shifts. • Work week: Sunday through Saturday • Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks • Charting System: Point Click Care (PCC) • BSN Required: False • License to Submit: Yes • Trauma Level: Care Setting: Post Acute • Division: Nursing • Shift Notes: M-F 08:00-16:30, with weekend and call coverage (every 3rd weekend, 1-2 call shifts during the week • Required Certifications: BLS Certification • 40 hours per week • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week • Contract Weeks: 98 • Requirements: BLS Certification
