Hillcrest Hospital ICU RN. Day shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm. Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience. Must have active Ohio license or an active compact state license in hand. AHA BLS & ACLS required. ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel. Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
